Hi readers! This blog had been stone cold lately as the weather in Albuquerque has heated up. I’m currently en route to Duluth, MN to race in the Grandma’s marathon,but travel plans hit a snag in the form of epic lightning and rain storms,so I’m stuck with thousands of other travelers in the airport! Thankfully, travel will commence once the weather abated a bit,so in the meantime,I’m enjoying some foam rolling and overpriced chai tea!
