Runner and active moms! I need your help!
I’m in search of your best advice to new moms or newly pregnant women who are active, and are hoping to stay that way! I have my own list of good practices, but I would LOVE to hear from you about what worked for you (or didn’t work!) while you worked through pregnancy and postpartum while keeping up with your active lifestyle. What worked? What didn’t work? What surprised you? What changed? Any helpful mantras or goals?
